On this day you will meet several of the producers from Levanger. Halsan kjøtt provides cured meats, barbequed burgers and sausages. Taste their own dish during the "Eating together event". Mikkelhaug serves delicious flavours from their large selection of drinks. Høgaunet farm offers a good selection from the farm shop in Munkeby; local food, garden furniture and rabbit stew. Fostad nordre/farms from Skogn offers meat products and cured meats and also sausages and hamburgers on the grill. Tore Sæther serves waffle on a stick. Trøndelag is a European food region, with the title "European Region of Gastronomy" in 2022. The celebration continues with the Trønder Food Festival -Somewhere near you 2-4. June, and in Trondheim 3-5 August. This autumn, the Trondheim Spektrum will host the World Cheese Championships 26.-28. October and continues with Bocuse d'Or Europe in 19-21. March 2024. With The long tables during the Trønder Food Festival - A place near you we celebrate our wonderful food region. This is an "eat together" event that Trøndelag County Council has provided financial support for.

The whole family is welcome to farm experiences at Høstadsand farm in Byneset. Here you can greet the animals, plant your own potatoes and buy short-travel products in the farm sales. Our colleagues in Trondheims Matperler participate with their products.

On 8 June, the summer kicks off again with Straumen Open - a festival day with art, dance, food, DJ and party. Nils Aas Kunstverksted, Dans i Trøndelag and Kjerringa me' Straumen have joined forces again this year to create a packed programme, where everyone should feel welcome!
